Michelle is very friendly kind and helpful. She waited outside for us when we arrived late. She explained the routes for the excursions and even let us leave our bags even though we have checked out. It's near to the train station, makes it very convenient to stay there. The facilities provided were perfect for us and the view from the backyard is magnificent.
